The sunflower is the beloved floral symbol of Ukraine. Sunflowers symbolize both optimism and loyalty. In the early days of the Ukraine war the sunflower came to symbolize the resilience of the Ukrainian people and their hope for a brighter future.
Gold vermeil originated in the 19th century where gold was applied to sterling silver. To be termed vermeil it must be at least 2.5 microns thick which is 5 times thicker than gold plating. To clean your gold vermeil jewellery we recommend a soft polishing cloth.
